FASTA Series – Heavy-Duty Autonomous Mobile Robots

Heavy-Duty Payload

Carries industrial loads from 250 kg to 2500 kg, making it suitable for pallets, coils, machinery parts, and heavy materials.

Smart Navigation

Uses depth-sensing cameras to move safely, avoid obstacles, and navigate without magnetic tape, rails, or factory floor changes.

24/7 Flexibility

With swappable batteries and interchangeable top modules, FASTA can work continuously and handle many transport tasks.

Power That Moves Your Industry

The FASTA Series is our most powerful line of robots. These robots are designed for heavy industrial environments such as automotive factories, metal processing plants, and large warehouses. From small pallets to massive industrial loads, there is a FASTA robot for every need.

Six Models for Every Load

The series includes six models, each named after its payload capacity in kilograms: FASTA 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500. Whether you need to move a small pallet of components or a 2.5-ton industrial coil, FASTA has you covered.

Smart Navigation, No Infrastructure Needed

All FASTA robots use depth-sensing cameras for navigation and obstacle detection. They do not require magnetic tape, reflective tape, or any changes to your factory floor. The robots build a map of the environment in real time and adjust their path dynamically. If an obstacle appears, they simply go around it.

Built for Continuous Operation

Each charge provides 5 hours of continuous operation, and batteries are swappable for 24/7 operation. The robots are dust and water resistant (IP54 rating) and operate reliably in a wide range of temperatures. When the battery runs low, the robot automatically returns to its charging station.

Where Can You Use the FASTA Series?

These heavy-duty robots are perfect for:

· Automotive factories – Transport engine blocks, body panels, and assembled parts
· Metal processing plants – Move steel coils, aluminum sheets, and heavy raw materials
· Large warehouses – Carry pallets from receiving to storage and storage to shipping
· Food and beverage industry – Transport ingredients and finished products
· Chemical and pharmaceutical plants – Move drums, barrels, and bulk containers
· Aerospace manufacturing – Handle large and heavy aircraft components

One Robot, Many Tasks – Interchangeable Top Modules

The FASTA Series accepts different top modules to handle almost any material transport task:

· Pallet fork module – Pick up and drop off pallets automatically, just like a forklift
· Roller conveyor module – Connect to production line conveyors for automatic load transfer
· Heavy-duty shelf module – Transport multiple boxes, bins, or trays at once
· Lifting module – Raise and lower loads to different heights for ergonomic workstations
· Hook module – Tow carts, trailers, or wheeled racks behind the robot
· Custom module – We design attachments for your unique needs, from chemical tanks to engine block cradles

Why Choose FASTA Series?

FASTA robots are built for heavy industry. They carry loads from 250 kg to 2500 kg, operate for 5 hours per charge with swappable batteries for 24/7 use, and require no factory infrastructure changes. With interchangeable top modules, one FASTA robot can handle many different tasks – from moving pallets to towing carts to feeding production lines. Deployment takes less than one week.
