Autonomous Material Transfer Between Machines

Share:

In traditional production lines, material transfer between machines is typically done by human workers or Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). AGVs require magnetic tape on the floor or reflectors on walls – if the factory layout changes, the entire infrastructure must be reinstalled.

Our AMRs work completely differently. When an industrial machine finishes a batch or pallet, the AMR receives the signal directly from the machine’s control system. Using real-time LiDAR and 3D camera data, it instantly maps the safest and shortest path.

The robot can navigate through moving workers, passing forklifts, and unexpected obstacles without any need to stop the production line. During shift changes or break times, AMRs continue operating.

· Up to 30% reduction in line downtime
· Increased overall productivity
· Elimination of human errors in material transfer
· Factory layout changes without infrastructure costs
